Korea AeroSpace Administration

With the entire world focusing on the infinite value of aerospace, the competition to take the lead in the aerospace race is becoming increasingly fierce. In order for Korea to create new economic value and achieve sustainable growth in the future, investment and development in the aerospace sector is not a choice but a necessity.

In response, the Korea AeroSpace Administration (KASA) was opened on May 27, 2024. I feel an immense sense of responsibility as the first administrator of KASA, which holds the dreams and hopes of all citizens of Korea. At KASA, we will faithfully fulfill our role in helping our nation make a giant leap forward as an aerospace powerhouse by securing innovative aerospace technologies and promoting the aerospace industry based on world-class expertise, while protecting the people from space hazards.

In this process, we will always listen to the voices from the field, communicate with the public, and do our best to create results that can be felt and experienced in everyday life. We will always strive to become an aerospace agency that enriches the lives of the people and instills dreams and hope in future generations.
